The UK's largest growing and profitable law firm are looking to hire a Senior Technical Caseworker into their specialist residential property division. 

In this role, the expectation is to manage a caseload of approximately 150 complex remortgage instructions through to completion. The type of work that gets passed to the technical team includes defective title, deeds of postponement, complex restrictions, transfers of equity, estate rent charges and shared ownership. Within the team, there are assistants to help the Technical Caseworkers with follow up emails and general admin so that you can concentrate on doing the job that you are passionate about. 

The ideal candidate for this role has worked within conveyancing/remortgaging as a minimum for 3 years but due to the complexity of the work it's more likely to work for someone with 5 to 6 years.

On top of a comprehensive benefits package, whilst the salary is depending on experience, you can expect a range of £28,000 - £30,000.
