We will work with you on an ‘exclusive success’ basis, only charging you a fee once we have found the right candidate and they have started their employment with you. You enjoy 30 day payment terms and the right to a rebate during the early stages of employment in the unlikely event things do not work out.

Avoiding the overused and overplayed term ‘headhunting’ this method is particularly effective in filling those hard to fill vacancies or those roles that you need to be managed discreetly. We would map the market for you, highlight and pinpoint key individuals and then approach a preferred short list of best-fit candidates. There is an upfront fee to cover the initial research and mapping stages and a further success fee upon completion of the assignment. QED Legal only handles these sort of assignments on a strictly exclusive basis and would need more extensive information from your firm than contingency assignments to ensure that difficult to dislodge candidates can have all the facts presented to them in order to tempt them away from their current practice.
We can run an advertised campaign for you in conjunction with either our contingency or search and selection offerings. We have a retained design and marketing company who would design and assemble an advert to run on or offline for you. QED Legal would then manage the response and interview and sift appropriate candidates to move forward for consideration for interview. This removes for you the time consuming stage of dealing with the applications from inappropriate candidates allowing you to concentrate on the cream of the crop from the advert response. This method works particularly well if you are embarking on a significant expansion or need multiple hires across one or more business areas. QED Legal has negotiated preferential rates for advertising with all of the major on and offline legal publications and job boards which we would pass on to you in their entirety.
