The Role: A varied and dynamic mix of:
- Employment litigation
- HR advice and client support
- Policy & procedure drafting
- Non-contentious transactional work
- Delivering client training
- Business development with the wider Employment Law Team
Typical Responsibilities:
- Drafting ET3 submissions
- Taking & drafting witness statements
- Analysing and evaluating evidence
- Conducting pre-hearing reviews
- Tribunal appearances
- Day-to-day employment law advice (phone, email & face-to-face)
- Reviewing contracts, policies & procedures
- Transactional employment support
- Advising on employee relations issues

Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year PQE in Employment Law
- Passion for this area of law
- Commercial awareness
- Exceptional communication skills
