The Opportunity
We’re working with a fabulous growing national law firm who are looking for an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to take a lead role in shaping and embedding their compliance culture.

Reporting directly to the Risk & Compliance Partner, you’ll be a key partner to senior leadership, helping ensure the firm operates ethically, efficiently, and in line with all regulatory obligations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing compliance with SRA standards, AML regulations, GDPR, and wider legal requirements
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring risk & compliance policies
• Carrying out audits, risk assessments and compliance checks, recommending improvements
• Delivering training and guidance to staff on compliance and risk management
• Supporting on client due diligence and AML checks
• Working closely with leadership to embed a culture of compliance across the firm

About You
Previous experience in a risk and compliance role within a law firm
Strong knowledge of SRA regulations, AML, and data protection
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Proactive, detail-focused and collaborative
