QED Legal is recruiting on behalf of a long-established and highly regarded regional law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Property team.

This opportunity would suit a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive looking for a genuine long-term career move within a supportive and collaborative environment. The Opportunity You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters while benefiting from strong administrative support and an established client base.

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• First-time buyer transactions
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build purchases
• Residential property transactions involving chains
• General residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

  Applications are welcomed from:

• Qualified Solicitors
• Licensed Conveyancers
• Chartered Legal Executives (CILEX)

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters
• Strong technical knowledge across the residential property sector
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• The ability to manage a caseload independently
• A proactive and organised approach to workload management
• A commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience
