I am currently working with a well-regarded firm in Wimbledon that’s looking to bring a Residential Property Paralegal into their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid residential conveyancing experience who is confident managing their own files (with support as needed), and is now looking to take the next step in their legal career.

You don’t need to come from a high-net-worth (HNW) background, but that’s the kind of work you’ll be stepping into here. This role offers exposure to high-quality, private client property matters, not high-volume conveyancing.

You’ll be working directly with a Partner, gaining hands-on experience and learning from an expert in the field. It’s a genuinely supportive environment, with a strong focus on development and progression. The team is looking for someone who wants to grow with the firm and contribute for the long term.

What they’re looking for:

• Prior experience in residential property, ideally in a fee-earning role
• Confident managing files and working to deadlines
• Strong communication skills, particularly with clients

• Any experience working with HNW clients is a plus, but not essential
