The Role:
As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will support a busy and dynamic conveyancing team, handling a wide range of matters including:

• Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions

You’ll work closely with clients, agents, and third parties, ensuring a smooth process from instruction to completion.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with at least 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. You will have:

• Strong knowledge of the residential property / conveyancing process
• Excellent attention to detail and case management skills
• Confident communication with clients and stakeholders
• A proactive, client-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively within a supportive team
