This is a fantastic private practice, with Partners who are prolific business developers, they are so good at what they do and business is literally booming!

Now this often will mean more work placed on already heavily loaded teams but no, they want to avoid this and are now looking for 2 experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors to join them. 

You shall have a full caseload, let's face who doesn't currently, but they do like to make sure this is manageable and you shall be well supported. 

I am keen to speak with candidates who are looking for a fresh challenge, who want to be part of a business who are genuinely keen to progress their people and who can offer clear development. 

It's likely you shall have a minimum of 1 years' previous residential conveyancing experience, although for someone who has enjoyed a residential conveyancing traineeship this could also be a great move for you.

At the core you must be someone who can manage the full range of  residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion, have fantastic client facing skills and have the drive and ambitious to continue to add to the practice ongoing success. You may also have the opportunity to work on transactions with an international element and if you are interested potentially commercial property  transactions too.

This role shall be mostly office based but you may be able to work from home one day per week after an initial settling in period.
