Description

If I told you that you could be working as part of a lovely, friendly team, in a role where the focus is on high-quality work, with incredible support and where you can actually focus on your clients…

Then told you it was Residential Conveyancing…

Would you believe me???

Well, it's true. All of it.

This is a private practice who know what they're doing. They're hugely successful, but they also understand the pressures and stresses that can often come with a busy conveyancing role.

You'll have a full caseload,  there's no pretending otherwise but there's a balance to be had.

All of the associated admin is expertly taken care of by highly experienced Paralegals and legal support professionals, leaving you to focus on what you do best: looking after your clients and progressing your transactions.

No time recording.

No ridiculous fee earning targets with someone constantly breathing down your neck.

No expectation that you should somehow squeeze another ten files into an already impossible caseload.

Just an expectation that you'll do your job well, look after your clients properly and support your colleagues when they need you – knowing they'll do exactly the same for you.

And if all of that isn't enough to tempt you…

How about genuinely working 9–5?

Taking your lunch break. Every day.

Finishing early on some Fridays.

And getting an extra day off for your birthday.

Little things perhaps, but I think they say quite a lot about the kind of firm this is and how they treat their people.

I'm looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join the team in Ayr.

You'll initially be office based while you settle in and get to know everyone, but once you're established they're very happy to discuss hybrid working.

So, if you actually enjoy Residential Conveyancing but you're tired of the pressure that can sometimes come with it, perhaps you don't need to change what you do.

Maybe you just need to change where you do it.

Interested? Get in touch with me for a completely confidential chat - Deborah Collier at QED Legal on the details provided.
