The role will see you handling a wide variety of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title. You’ll work closely with clients throughout the full process, including valuing and marketing properties, many of which sit at the mid to higher end of the market.
What sets this role apart is the clear progression pathway: with the firm’s supportive structure, you’ll have the chance to advance to Director level in the medium term.
Ideally, you’ll bring at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing, managing your own caseload from start to finish. That said, if you’ve recently completed a strong traineeship in this area, we’d be delighted to hear from you too.
Candidates who also have experience of private client matters are highly desirable.
