You will be an integral part of a high-performing conveyancing department, taking ownership of residential property matters from start to finish. This is a hands-on role offering excellent exposure across the full conveyancing life cycle, including:

• Running your own residential conveyancing files with appropriate support
• Acting on sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title
• Building strong relationships with clients through regular communication
• Working closely with lenders, estate agents, and solicitors to keep matters on track
• Drafting, reviewing, and progressing legal documentation
• Playing an active role in ensuring a smooth, efficient completion process
