The property team has gone from strength to strength and continues to do so and as they are mindful of over burdening their team they are now looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal. 

Quality over quantity matters here and typically they will expect someone to manage around 4 settlements per week once they are comfortable in the role. 

I mentioned client service is key and as such there are NO FEE TARGETS and NO TIME RECORDING. They also have fantastic legal support assistants who manage file opening, registrations, LBTT returns and fee notes. Leaving you free to focus on what you do best.

You MUST have previous experience of successfully managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, this includes purchases, sales, remortgages, and title transfers.

This is a private practice who pride themselves in looking after their teams and as such have a low attrition rate. They also believe in a good work/life balance and want people to work their core hours and go home without feeling any additional pressure. 

The role shall be office based but there is great flexibility where required.
