Business is booming and they are looking for an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join and quickly take the lead in managing their own full case load of residential property matters from inception to completion. I touched on it's a busy team but that does not mean churn and burn, quality of service is key here and having the time to develop and nurture strong client relationships is at their core.

It's anticipated you shall have a minimum of 3 years' post qualifying experience of residential conveyancing matters, be highly organised with a keen eye for detail and will be someone who builds rapport easily. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to network and cross sell other parts of the business, e.g. private client services. 

A competitive salary and generous benefits package is offered . The preference is for this role to be based full time in the office but there may be the opportunity to work from home some of the time following an initial settling in period.
