Hybrid Working (Min. 1 Day in Office) | Up to £45,000 + Bonus | 25 Days Holiday + BH

We are currently working with a highly regarded and rapidly growing law firm that has an immediate vacancy. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer - qualified or non-qualified- looking for a new challenge in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of up to 40 residential files, specifically open market sales and purchases. There is no involvement with new builds, bridging finance, or shared ownership, allowing you to focus on delivering a high standard of client care and legal work.

This firm has a strong infrastructure in place to support its conveyancers:

• All files are opened for you, with ID checks completed before they land on your desk
• You only begin working on a file once it becomes live
• Post-completion work is handled by a dedicated team, freeing up your time
