A reputable Yorkshire firm are looking for a technically excellent residential conveyancer with at least 2 years of experience working in conveyancing to join their team. The firm is full-service, with residential property being the biggest and most successful division. 

You'd be working on a busy caseload of sale and purchase matters from file opening to completion and you need to have extensive experience of working on freehold and leasehold transactions. You won't be alone though - you do have an assistant to help you!

There is an opportunity to work from home 1 or 2 days a week for that all-important work life balance and as of last year, the firm is employee owned. This means that you get a share in the firms profits as an added bonus!
