The Role You will join a busy and collaborative residential conveyancing team, managing your own caseload while helping clients navigate one of the most important transactions in their lives.
The role will involve handling a broad range of matters including:
- Sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Unregistered titles
You will also work closely with referrers and introducers, supervise support staff where required and play a key role in maintaining the firm’s excellent reputation for client service.
About You The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong experience working within a busy residential conveyancing team
- Be confident managing a high-volume caseload independently
- Have experience across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters
- Be organised, proactive and client-focused
- Be comfortable supervising support staff
- Enjoy working as part of a friendly and collaborative team
Working Arrangements
- Full-time – 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Part-time (minimum four days) will also be considered
- Positions available in Hartlepool or Stockton offices
