The Role

• Acting as a Residential Conveyancer, managing your own caseload of varied and high-quality matters
• Providing specialist support to private clients and housing associations on residential conveyancing matters relating to shared ownership and social housing allocations
• Handling standard sales and purchases of residential property, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout
• Managing high-value transactions for high-net-worth clients with exceptional client care and attention to detail
• Liaising with estate agents, clients, and third parties to ensure smooth and timely progression of files
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments to deliver joined-up and comprehensive client service
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the Nottingham property team
