The Role
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, probate sales, new builds, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and assents
- Provide accurate and practical legal advice to a varied client base
- Maintain and build strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service and communication throughout the process
- Liaise confidently with estate agents, lenders, brokers, and third parties
- Be involved in the development of the department, including assisting and supervising junior staff
You
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ residential property experience
- Confident managing a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-driven with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to put clients at ease
- A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting colleagues
