This is a brilliant opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor (up to 2 years PQE) to join a dynamic and growing department that handles the full spectrum of commercial property work — from portfolio management to investment transactions, developments, and complex project work.

The Role As a Real Estate Solicitor, you’ll work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers across a range of sectors, including retail, leisure, investment, and development. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to:

• Landlord and tenant work, acting for significant commercial landlords with large portfolios, retail parks, and shopping centres.
• Investment acquisitions and disposals, often involving sophisticated investors and multi-property deals.
• Major projects — including development and restructuring work — collaborating with senior members of the team on some of the region’s most high-profile deals.

You’ll be supported every step of the way, with genuine opportunities for progression as you develop your technical expertise and build client relationships.

About You

• NQ to 2 years PQE, with experience gained during a training contract or role within a commercial real estate team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for building long-term client relationships.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and ready to take ownership of your development within a supportive and ambitious team.
