One of Norwich’s most respected law firms are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to help shape the future of their thriving Commercial Property department. With a strong client base and a reputation for excellence, you’ll handle complex transactions, mentor junior talent, and contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth.

Your Role

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters — acquisitions, disposals, leases, developments, secured lending
• Act for a diverse range of clients: landlords, tenants, investors, developers, lenders
• Advise on property finance, land agreements, and complex title issues
• Oversee transactions from instruction to completion with exceptional client service
• Build strong client relationships through networking and business development
• Support and mentor junior team members

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in commercial property law
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills
• Leadership qualities and a collaborative approach to developing junior colleagues
