Description
Real Estate Disputes Solicitor | Highly regarded, progressive firm
I am working with a well regarded North London firm that is looking to welcome a solicitor into their Real Estate Disputes team.
The firm has built a strong reputation for quality work and a genuinely supportive culture. They offer a flexible, people focused environment where autonomy, trust and balance are central to how they work. The employee focus is clear as day, looking at their low staff turnover and raving reviews from current and past staff. They really are a market leader for wellbeing and individual progression.
The role
You will handle a varied caseload advising residential and commercial landlords and tenants across a broad range of matters including:
• Breach of covenant such as consents, alterations and landlord obligations
• Commercial landlord and tenant work including break notices, dilapidations, rent reviews, forfeiture and surrender
• Business lease renewals
• Possession proceedings
• Trespass, adverse possession and nuisance claims
• Easements, rights to light and prescriptive rights
• Service charge disputes and consultation requirements
• TOLATA claims
The role offers plenty of independence. You will manage your own files with minimal supervision while being part of a close knit and collaborative team.
About you
• Experienced in real estate or property litigation
• Strong client handling skills and a commitment to excellent service
• Commercially aware, pragmatic and proactive
• Some experience of business development or a small referral network would be helpful
This is a team that values flexibility and trust as much as technical excellence. You will find an open, friendly culture, hybrid working as standard and real scope to shape your work around your life without compromising on quality or progression.
