Fantastic opportunity to join this Legal 500 listed property litigation department based in central Liverpool, who have a reputation as one of the best practices in the North of England and has shown a dedicated commitment to a work/life balance.
The team is made up of 15 staff split over 3 offices, and you will be working with a Legal Director. Work is a broad mix of landlord and commercial tenant work with a mix of dilapidation, leasehold & freehold management, lease renewals, forfeiture, trespass and possession claims.
Ideally, you will be at the Associate / Senior Associate level, as this firm likes to have a clear progression structure in place to provide a clear progression plan for all staff. You need to have gained at least one year of prior experience as a qualified solicitor or, at the very minimum, practice property litigation in one seat of your training contract.
