A fantastic opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join this leading Legal 500 firm based in Liverpool. You will be working on high value property litigation cases for a company who has an amazing client base. 

You will ideally be a Solicitor who has experience working in Property Litigation and will have between 1 - 15 years' PQE+. They are looking for a candidate who can advise on service charges, rents, covenants, easements, trespass & possession matters. At the company you will be working on Building, Fire and Health & Safety Issues, whilst also advising on lease interpretation, complex title structures and developments. 

This is a genuinely exciting role with a firm who are growing nationally and already have another office based in London. They are expanding their team because of a demand in increase following recent Leasehold Reform, also meaning they are taking on more complex work than ever. 

Salary wise they are looking to pay between £40,000 - £80,000 + Package depending on experience. On top of this they also having a great benefits package, some of which includes: Group Personal Pension, Bonus Scheme and Life Insurance + more.
