Description

Senior Property Litigation Solicitor – Hybrid - Modern Boutique Specialist

We are working exclusively with a well-established and entrepreneurial East London law firm on a key strategic hire within their litigation department. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join a modern, agile practice with a strong reputation across both commercial and residential real estate disputes.
The firm has built a loyal client base including developers, landlords, high-net-worth individuals, and commercial occupiers, and is looking for a senior lawyer who can take a lead role on complex disputes while contributing to the growth of the team and wider firm.
The Role: You will advise on a full range of contentious property matters including:

  • Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • Forfeiture, lease renewals (1954 Act), breach of covenant, dilapidations, and possession claims
  • Boundary disputes, rights of way, and adverse possession
  • Service charge and enfranchisement matters
  • Advising clients on strategy, risk, and settlement

You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues in litigation and real estate, with direct exposure to clients and plenty of autonomy.
What We’re Looking For:

  • A senior solicitor with strong experience in both residential and commercial property litigation
  • Ability to handle a varied caseload independently, including complex or high-value matters
  • Commercial awareness and the confidence to deal directly with clients
  • A collaborative approach with a desire to mentor junior team members and support business development

What’s On Offer:

  • £55,000–£75,000 salary depending on experience
  • Hybrid working (3 days in-office, 2 remote)
  • Collegiate, growing team with clear room for progression
  • Autonomy and responsibility from day one
  • A modern, commercially-focused firm without the red tape of larger practices

This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic firm where your voice will be heard, your ideas valued, and your career given space to grow. Ideal for a senior litigator looking to make a real impact.
Apply in confidence or get in touch directly to discuss the role in more detail.
