A new vacancy within litigation has arisen at my Client's London office.
The role will involve 80% Property Litigation and 20% Commercial Litigation work. 
The Client base comprises large corporate occupiers and asset managers. 
You will work across landlord and tenant disputes, dealing with cases involving forfeiture and contested break notices as well as Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 renewals and opposed lease renewals and contested rent reviews and complex service charge litigation.
In addition, the caseload will involve managing disputes including boundary disputes, adverse possession claims and easements and dealing with insolvency matters that relate to property.
Within Commercial Litigation, your cases will involve matters such as complex joint venture disputes and commercial insolvency matters and shareholder disputes as well as commercial disputes arising within the education sector, including breaches of partnership and distribution arrangements.
This is a great opportunity for a 3-4 year PQE Solicitor with a litigation background. 
The firm throws a Summer and Christmas party and the last Friday of each month is breakfast in the office on the firm. They have lots of social events and also have a run club and book club. 
There is also a commission scheme on offer.
