Description

Professional Support Lawyer/Trainer – Employment Law or Landlord & Tenant Law | Bristol (Hybrid)

This is a chance to step into a role that shapes the future of legal advice delivery at one of the UK’s most progressive legal services businesses.

The firm is going through a period of positive growth and change, and I'm looking to speak with someone with real technical strength in either Employment Law or Landlord & Tenant Law who also has a passion for developing people.

This role blends subject matter expertise with training and mentoring, giving you the chance to guide and grow a team of Legal Advisors who sit on the frontline of the Legal Advice service.

Day-to-day, you’ll deliver and design training (both face-to-face and online), act as a technical referral point, and coach colleagues to build their confidence and capability. Alongside this, you’ll have a real say in shaping how the Legal Advice teams evolve.

You’ll be based in central Bristol, working on a hybrid basis (typically three days in the office). Travel to the South of Wales is part of the role too – usually a couple of times a month. While this is ideally a full-time role, part-time is very much an option if you can commit to at least four days a week.

You'll have a strong technical background in either Employment Law or Landlord & Tenant Law, and some experience of training, coaching or mentoring others. If you’ve managed people before, that’s a plus, but what really matters is that you enjoy helping others to grow.

What sets this opportunity apart is the culture and career development. This isn’t a traditional firm. They combine the stability of an international firm with the energy and openness of an in-house environment.

You’ll be supported with development opportunities, whether that’s progressing your leadership skills or deepening your technical expertise, all within a business that puts people first – both customers and employees.

The benefits package is generous too; up to 39 days’ holiday, private medical cover, enhanced pension contributions, income and legal protection, retail discounts, gym memberships, and a busy social calendar.

If this sounds like the right move for you, send your CV to mohamed.hamza@qedlegal.com.
