QED Legal's client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to support its growing workload across one of the region's most established practices.

The firm has earned an excellent reputation through generations of repeat business and personal recommendation, advising local individuals, families and business owners on a broad range of non-contentious Private Client matters.

You'll advise on:

• Wills and estate planning.
• Probate and estate administration.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Trusts.
• Inheritance Tax planning.
• Lifetime planning and wealth preservation.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and their families.

To be considered, you'll ideally have:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX).
• Experience managing a Private Client caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate and LPAs.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• A collaborative approach and genuine commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice.
• STEP qualification or an interest in working towards it would be advantageous but is not essential.

This opportunity would suit a Private Client Solicitor, Wills & Probate Solicitor, Private Client Lawyer, Trusts & Estates Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive looking to establish themselves within a respected regional practice that values quality over volume.
