The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the firm’s friendly and well-respected Leamington Spa team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, including:

• Drafting Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts and inheritance matters

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or experienced Private Client Lawyers (minimum 3 years’ PQE) who:

• Have solid experience managing a full Wills, Probate, and Trusts caseload from start to finish
• Possess excellent communication and client care skills
• Have a proven record of generating strong fee income
• Work well independently but also thrive in a team environment
• Are seeking a supportive, well-run firm where their work is genuinely appreciated
