A leading London law firm, recognised in The Legal 500, is seeking a Wills & Probate Solicitor to join its established and growing Private Client team. The firm is known for delivering high-quality, client-focused advice and, importantly, for offering genuine progression without unnecessary hierarchy or red tape.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who wants to do high-quality work while having a transparent and achievable pathway to promotion and, ultimately, Partnership.

The role
This is a full-time position offering a broad and high-quality private client caseload, including both contentious and non-contentious matters.
You will advise on:

• Will drafting
• Probate and estate administration
• Tax planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection Deputyship applications
• Contentious probate, including disputes relating to the validity of wills

You will manage your own matters from instruction through to completion, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

About you
You will be:

• A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
• Experienced across a range of private client matters, including contentious probate
• Technically strong with excellent attention to detail
• Commercially aware and client focused
• Ambitious and motivated by long-term progression

An existing following or appetite for business development would be advantageous but is not essential.
