While there are expectations around fees and performance, you won’t be under constant pressure or micromanagement—you’ll be trusted to deliver without sacrificing your work-life balance.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of three years’ private client experience, but my client is happy to consider those with less if you can demonstrate the right capabilities, attitude, and approach.

Experience in discretionary trusts would be particularly valuable.
