Residential Property Fee Earner – Stockton Location: Stockton-on-Tees, Hybrid Working Available

About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join a well-established team in Stockton. The team is known for delivering exceptional service to clients across all areas of residential conveyancing.

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll:

• Manage a diverse caseload including sales, purchases, Buy to Let, leasehold, shared ownership, help/right to buy, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• Provide clear, proactive communication and outstanding client care throughout the transaction
• Support business development by nurturing client relationships and helping to grow our client base

About You We’re looking for someone with:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a fee-earning role within residential property
• Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent experience if non-qualified)
• Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions (including reviewing TP1s)
• Familiarity with Land Registry and lender portals
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
