The Role
- Join a respected and well-established Employment team handling a broad range of quality work.
- Advise both employers and employees across contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Manage tribunal matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
- Provide strategic HR and employment law advice to a varied commercial client base.
- Work on settlement agreements, disciplinaries, grievances, discrimination claims, restructures and TUPE matters.

You
- Newly Qualified Solicitor or soon-to-qualify trainee with Employment Law experience during training.
- Comfortable managing matters with appropriate supervision and support.
- Strong communication skills and a commercial, pragmatic approach.
- Interested in both contentious and advisory employment work.
