The work is genuinely varied (though it's only a little bit of claimant work) – you’ll be advising both employers and employees across a range of sectors, supporting on everything from day-to-day employment matters through to more strategic, complex issues. This includes corporate support work, advising on settlement agreements, and delivering practical, commercially focused advice. 

There’s also a real client-facing element to this role. The team regularly delivers seminars and updates, so you’ll need to be comfortable presenting and engaging with clients in that setting - it doesn't matter if you haven't done it before, but an enthusiasm for it is key.
