Hiring: Employment Solicitor (NQ+)
Due to an increasing workload for a firm I'm working with, I'm looking for an additional Employment Solicitor to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing firm providing pragmatic employment advice to both employers and employees.
The role will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including settlement agreements, TUPE, redundancies, business reorganisations, unfair and constructive dismissal claims, discrimination claims, grievances and disciplinaries, absence management, ACAS Early Conciliation, contracts and policies, and restrictive covenants.
I am looking to speak to a NQ Employment solicitor with strong commercial awareness, a solutions-focused approach, confidence managing their own caseload, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service. The firm offer great progression opportunities.
