The work covers acquisition finance, general corporate lending and real estate finance, and you'll handle LMA and non-LMA facility documents along with the security behind them.

Senior lawyers match associates one for one here. That means you'll run your own transactions, often several at once, with partner input close at hand. On the bigger matters you'll sit alongside senior colleagues on deals involving PE sponsors, banks and funds.
