Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Residential Conveyancing? An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the New Build Conveyancing team of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Lowestoft.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering the chance to become part of a supportive and friendly team, where you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to clients throughout the new build property transaction process.

The Role

Supporting a busy New Build Conveyancing team, you'll provide high-quality secretarial and administrative assistance, helping to ensure matters progress efficiently while delivering outstanding client care.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary within a UK law firm.
• Conveyancing experience is essential, ideally with exposure to new build transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• The ability to work independently using your own initiative.
• A proactive, reliable approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
