The Team
You’ll join a Corporate Finance practice that sits at the heart of the firm’s transactional work, advising on complex, high-value matters across multiple jurisdictions. The team works closely together and values proactive, trusted support.
The Role
As a Legal PA, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the practice running smoothly. You’ll provide high-level, confidential support to senior lawyers and act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams.
This is a role for someone confident, organised and forward-thinking — someone who enjoys ownership, variety and making things happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing busy mailboxes, diaries and travel, anticipating needs and resolving clashes
• Acting as a key liaison point for clients and internal stakeholders
• Organising meetings (virtual and in-person), preparing agendas and materials
• Supporting matter opening, billing and financial administration, ensuring compliance with firm processes
• Producing and coordinating documents and presentations
• Supporting marketing, pitches and events end-to-end
• Delegating work to specialist support teams while retaining overall ownership
• Championing process improvements and smart ways of working
• Collaborating with the wider PA team and covering where needed
What We’re Looking For
• Experience as a Legal PA or PA in a professional services or legal environment
• Strong client service mindset with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and spot risks early
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Comfortable delegating and working across support teams
• Flexible, adaptable and proactive
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Outlook, Teams and related tools
