We're currently working with a  well-established specialist law firm, focused on Wills, Probate and LPAs, which is now looking to bring onboard a Compliance Manager to take ownership of its firm-wide compliance and risk agenda.

This is a broad, hands-on role with genuine exposure to the Board and the opportunity to shape compliance across the business.

The role?
SRA compliance & regulatory requirements
AML & financial crime compliance
GDPR & data protection
Client complaints & resolution
Professional negligence claims & insurer liaison
Internal audits & compliance reviews
Compliance policies, registers & risk management
Staff induction and ongoing compliance training
PII renewals & risk assessments
Lexcel, WIQS and other accreditations

About you?
Strong legal compliance experience
A solid understanding of SRA, AML and GDPR requirements
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
A strong understanding of how technology can support compliance

A Solicitor qualification would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
