Law Graduate Opportunity – HNW Trusts & Corporate Services
Location: Knutsford
Salary: £26,000-£30,000 DOE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated Law Graduate or Private Client Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join a highly regarded Trusts & Corporate Services team working with high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees.
This is an ideal role for a law graduate looking to build a long-term career in private client, trusts and estate planning within a supportive and well-established firm.
You will work alongside experienced lawyers and trust professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of trust administration, estate planning and private client matters. The Role:
You will assist the team with a varied workload, including:

• Supporting the administration of trusts and estates.
• Assisting with the preparation of trust documentation and legal correspondence.
• Liaising with high-net-worth clients, trustees, executors and professional advisers.
• Assisting with probate and estate administration matters.
• Preparing legal documents, reports and file notes.
• Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate client records.
• Supporting fee earners with a wide range of private client and trust matters.
• Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

About You:
The successful candidate will have:

• An LLB or equivalent Law degree.
• Ideally around 12 months' experience working within trusts, probate or private client law but this is not essential.
• Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• A professional and client-focused approach.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• A genuine interest in developing a career specialising in trusts, estates and private client work.
