COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR

£45,000 - £48,000

QED Legal are keen to speak with a Commercial Litigation Solicitor regarding an opportunity with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm, joining its established and growing Dispute Resolution team.

The ideal candidate will be NQ – 2 years' PQE, with experience or a genuine interest in commercial litigation. You will have the opportunity to manage your own varied caseload with appropriate supervision, whilst assisting on complex and high-value disputes.

The team handles a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including:

• General contractual disputes
• Director and shareholder disputes
• Contentious insolvency matters
• Non-contentious insolvency advisory work
• Complex and high-value commercial disputes

The successful candidate will be involved in matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, including drafting pleadings, correspondence and witness statements, attending hearings and mediations, and advising clients on commercially focused solutions.
