Description

Our client is looking for a Property Solicitor with a residential background to join their highly respected in-house legal team.

Based in London this company does offer hybrid working and would consider candidates looking to work in the office 3-4 days per week.

The client is looking for candidates with the following:

  • A background completing Residential Property transactions relating to freehold, leasehold, residential landlord and tenant matters
  • Someone comfortable completing property due diligence / residential conveyancing transactions
  • A qualified Solicitor, a Chartered Legal Executive or CLC
  • Candidate able to work self-sufficiently and stand on their own two feet

Our client envisages that candidates with at least 5 years’ experience plus will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position.
