We are dealing with a great opportunity with a Legal 500 law firm who are looking to add a Head of Litigation to their team. Their head office is based in Liverpool however, they help clients across the country. 

The ideal candidate will have gained at least 5+ years PQE and with the expertise of working in Housing Disrepair and Civil Litigation. Having experience leading and supervising a litigation team would be an advantage, also having experience in Personal Injury would be a benefit too. You will be joining a large team with a supportive environment and a wealth of experience. 

Our client is looking for someone who can lead and push teams who are handling pre and post-litigated Housing Disrepair matters. You will have to be able to manage capacity and workloads to make sure they are evenly split amongst the team. You will have to track your team's progress to ensure all clients are receiving appropriate legal advice, whilst managing their expectations. 

The salary for this role will be between £50,000 - £80,000 + a fantastic benefits scheme, some of which includes: Hybrid Working, Workplace Pension Scheme and Income Protection. This is a great opportunity to be able to progress further in your career with a friendly law firm.
