An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary law firm on the Fylde Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for a Family Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join a highly regarded local team, taking over an established caseload and working closely with the Head of Family to develop and grow the department.
The firm has an excellent reputation across the local area and has been established across Lanashire for almost a century. The office is ideally located close to the seaside and is easily commutable from Blackpool, Lytham, Lancaster, Preston and East Lancashire.
The Role:
You will manage your own varied caseload of family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial and matrimonial matters
- Children law
- Injunctions and domestic abuse
- Public funding / Legal Aid work
- Advocacy and court representation
You will work as part of a close-knit, established Family Law team, with the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and development of the department.
Requirements:
- Ideally 3 years' + PQE in Family Law
- Strong experience managing your own family law caseload
- Experience across a broad range of family law matters.
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Commercially minded, motivated and forward-thinking approach
- An interest in business development and growing the Family Law offering
