A friendly and well-regarded law firm based in Haywards Heath is looking to recruit a Family Paralegal to join its supportive and growing Family team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous Family Law experience who is looking to develop their career in a genuinely approachable firm with strong values and a collaborative working culture. Working closely with experienced fee earners, you will provide key support across a range of family matters while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

The Role:

• Supporting fee earners on a range of family law matters
• Drafting documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
• Assisting with case progression and file management
• Providing a high standard of client care
• Supporting with general administrative and legal tasks

About You:

• Previous experience within Private Family Law
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Empathetic, professional, and client-focused approach
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload
• Keen to develop and progress within Family Law
