An exciting opportunity for a senior Employment lawyer to play a key strategic role in the continued growth of an established Employment offering in Ipswich.

The firm is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor, ideally with 8+ PQE, who is commercially minded, confident with clients and, importantly, enjoys business development.

This is more than a traditional fee-earning role. You’ll be expected to help shape the future direction of the Employment team, develop new and existing client relationships, raise the firm’s profile in the market and identify opportunities for further growth.

The role would suit a Senior Associate ready to take on greater strategic responsibility, or an established Partner looking for a platform to develop their practice.

Key aspects include:

• Handling a varied contentious and non-contentious Employment caseload
• Developing and strengthening client relationships
• Leading business development and networking activity
• Helping shape the strategic direction of the Employment offering
• Supporting the growth and development of the wider team

The firm is ideally looking for someone with 8+ PQE, although relevant experience and a strong track record in Employment will be considered.
