Employment Solicitor – Leeds (Hybrid)
Full-time or Part-time
Minimum 18+ months’ employment law experience

Ongoing growth has created a new opportunity to join their Leeds-based Employment team. The environment is friendly, down-to-earth, and people-focused, with a strong track record of internal development and progression.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team working with clients ranging from local SMEs to national and international businesses. The team covers a broad spectrum of employment law, including Employment Tribunal litigation, contracts and policies, and day-to-day HR support via a well-established fixed-fee scheme.

You’ll benefit from high-quality work, hands-on exposure to clients, and a flexible, hybrid working structure. The firm is open to applications from candidates looking for either full-time or part-time hours.

What They’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 18 months’ experience in employment law (both contentious and/or non-contentious)
  • Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work proactively and independently
  • Tech-savvy and confident using legal IT systems
  • A team player with enthusiasm to develop and grow within a supportive firm
