You’ll be picking up a high-quality caseload from a Partner so there’s real substance to get your teeth into from day one. The work is mainly respondent-side and contentious, so solid tribunal experience would be a big plus, but you’ll also get involved in advisory matters as part of a well-rounded caseload. Expect to handle everything from unfair dismissal and discrimination claims through to TUPE and whistleblowing cases, all for a strong and established client base.
