This opportunity is pitched at Solicitors with around 3–4 years’ PQE or Associates with 5+ years’ PQE who are ready to take that next step and really step into a leadership role.

This isn’t just about managing files – although you’ll certainly have your own interesting and varied caseload spanning employers’ liability, public liability, disease and motor work. What makes this role different is the scope it gives you to influence and lead. You’ll be supporting Partners directly, helping drive forward client relationships, contributing to training and development, and taking on a real mentoring presence within the team. The firm’s client base is broad – from insurers and insureds through to local authorities – which means you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of challenges and strategies.
