As demand from its growing client base increases, the firm is looking to appoint an England & Wales qualified Solicitor to join the team, with the flexibility to be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. For the right individual, fully remote working will also be considered.

This is far from a traditional commercial role.

You'll advise a diverse portfolio of hospitality, leisure and retail clients ranging from established household names to ambitious growth businesses. The work is broad, commercially focused and genuinely client-facing, covering everything from acquisitions, disposals and commercial contracts through to operational legal matters that directly impact business performance.

The firm's client relationships are longstanding, trusted and deeply embedded. As a result, you'll become a genuine adviser rather than simply a legal technician, working closely with business owners, operators and leadership teams across sectors that continue to evolve at pace.
