I'm working exclusively with an ambitious and growing specialist law firm that's looking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to help establish and develop its wider Commercial Litigation offering.

The firm already has an excellent reputation within its specialist sector and has built a strong client base over the past four years. They're now investing heavily in the next stage of their growth and are looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey.

The Opportunity You'll join a supportive leadership team with the autonomy to help develop and grow the litigation department.

Alongside an existing caseload, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Help develop a broader Commercial Litigation practice.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Work alongside an experienced marketing manager to raise the team's profile.
• Contribute ideas around the firm's future direction and growth.
• Become involved in business development in a meaningful way.
• Shape a department that you can genuinely call your own.

The leadership team understands that building a successful practice takes time and they're committed to providing the resources, investment and support needed to make it happen.

About You You'll ideally have:

• Around 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Litigation or a broad Dispute Resolution background.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• A genuine interest in business development.
• An entrepreneurial mindset.
• The ambition to grow alongside a business.

Experience in specialist sectors would be welcomed but is by no means essential.
